What is a trip charge?
We add a $5-$25 trip charge per customer location. This is how we are able to service the entire tri-county area plus and still keep our base price fair for all of our customers. We add a small charge to compensate for the extra driving miles per location and fluctuating gas prices. Some locations have a total minimum charge rather than a trip charge. These locations are an hour or further from our base location. We still have the BEST PRICES around for QUALITY SERVICE! How long will the carpet take to dry? Anywhere from 3 to 12 hrs. We recommend to run your heat in the winter/ac in the summer to help with drying. A house fan would also help circulate the air and help dry. If you want your carpet dried FAST, try our QUICK DRY Service! How long does it take to clean the carpet? Anywhere from 1/2 to 2+hrs depending on how much carpet we are cleaning and how dirty it is. Do you move furniture? Yes! We move most furniture. We move everything that is not fragile, excessively large, heavy or electronic. Tables, chairs, couches, recliners, nightstands, end/coffee tables, etc will all be moved. Is there any preparation to do before my carpet cleaning? We ask that all small and breakable items be removed from tables and floor so most furniture can be moved quick and easily. We also recommend a quick vacuuming to get the most thorough cleaning possible. |
Will all of my stains come out?
Most stains will come out. We prespray and treat each spot appropriately as needed. We recommend purchasing our stain protection to help avoid permanent stains. We offer red stain treatments for an additional charge. Will pet urine stains come out? Some will come out and some do not. The different variables of the pet species, gender, age and how concentrated the urine is makes that determination. What happens is the ammonia in the urine can have a bleaching effect on the carpet. You can apply water and white vinegar to neutralize this effect from happening if you find the stain when it first happens. Why should I have Stain Protector applied after my cleaning? Stain Protector will give you more time to clean up spots and spills before they soak into the fibers, helping you keep your carpet and upholstery looking its best between professional steam cleanings. It also makes cleaning up spots and vacuuming easier. What is considered as one area? A room not larger than 250sq ft or one stairway is considered as one area. If a room is a little over, most likely we will honor it as one area. How do you calculate a basement price? Every 250sq ft is considered one area. |
